Auracast™ is here!

Auracast^TM is the latest in Bluetooth Technology and is set to provide universal assistive listeneing accessibility in the years to come. It is a broadcast system for one to many and unlike traditional Bluetooth it does not require a 'handshake' reducing receiver power consumption, making it viable for inclusion in a hearing aid. Indeed, some hearing aid manufacturers are beginning to include Auracast^TM in their products although the roll out appears to be slow and limited to top end models.
